  • From coast to coast? 5-7 days is a good estimation for a shared ride (solo ride might take only 3-4 days). For an East Coast solo trip, 2 days might be all.
Of course, on rare occasions there could be interruption from weather or some other unforeseen factor. Each client receives a window of dates for drop-off and pick-up!

  • This is the cheapest way to transport your pets. Your pet is picked up and transported along with other pets. The route would normally be designed to make the trip as short as possible. Each pet has their own crate, and all dogs are walked individually!

  • A solo ride is exclusive to your pets! They travel straight to their new adventure location. solo rides cost more—but your pet will arrive more quickly (the trip could also be scheduled on the fly, as shared rides are scheduled well in advance).

  • No, we do not have restrictions. However! Upon arrival to pick up a pet we reserve the right to decline any animal that may endanger the driver or another pet. In other words, overly aggressive animals are a no-go.

  • Indeed! With backup A/C and generator we are positioned to keep your pets safe from both extreme heat and extreme cold, day and night.

  • We request that you send dry food, bagged into individual zip-locks for each meal. Wet food can be sent if needed.

  • Special arrangements can be made at extra cost, and possibly a solo ride is the best option! We don’t normally take on extra crates or bags of food, as the van has limited space.

  • Each pet transport company must be registered and certified with the USDA (inspections for safety/code compliance). The USDA wants your pets safe, and so do we!
